The service was excellent and the pool was nice! They gave us a quadruple room with excellent views. The offered breakfast was satisfactory and included a wide range of options. The place had a family atmosphere. The property's location was good, in the French coast.

The pool and spa facilities were incredible, perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and unwinding in the tranquil atmosphere. The white robes and towels provided added to the comfort and made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a range of options to satisfy our cravings. The staff members were friendly and spoke perfect English, always willing to assist us during our stay. We travelled in July and it was never too crowded. Breakfast was good and we felt totally unhurried. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Thankyou for such a pleasant stay
The rooms could do with a face-lift but they were clean and the beds comfortable

Attentive staff Views Simple but pleasant room Good value
The hotel is primarily a hydro-therapy and spa centre and consequently not an ideal 'holiday' hotel. All the regular holiday hotel facilities are in place, indoor & outdoor pool, bar, restaurant etc, but the hotel's focus on therapy means the facilities are managed differently. For example, there is no pool bar and access to the outdoor pool from the bar area has been closed-off, the restaurant closes every night at 21:00 and the bar at 22:00. Swim caps are provided and must be worn whilst swimming in either pool, bath robes and rubber flip-flops are also provided and expected to be worn in and around the pools and therapy centre. In fairness, the hotel doesn't pretend to be a typical holiday resort hotel and it seems to be well regarded for the health facilities and treatments it provides so perhaps a couple of nights 'get-away' might be more in order than a sustained stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal location being so near to the beach. Stunning views over bay of Banyuls and out to sea. Make sure that gents have swimming shorts of the speedo sort rather than the longer boardie type. My husband was refused entry to the swimming pool because his shorts were too long. Had to leave early for a funeral; staff were very helpful when we were making new travel arrangements.

Horrible hotel!! Empty old cold rooms, the bath is the worst thing ever! The building is disgusting, the spa is soooo dirty (they had a pool full of brown water), people without caps, all full of hair.... Breakfast has no variety (bread and croissants) and poor quality drinks. I want my money back!!! Horrible!!!

The bedding and towels were changed every day and our room had a superb view of the sea. Their breakfast room/restaurant had panoramic views of the sea.
Hotel needed upgrading. For example, tiles were missing from the swimming pool and grouting was dirty in our bathroom. No air conditioning in our room during a very hot time of year. We slept with the window open but as we were directly above the only road in or out of the area it was quite noisy. Hotel had a steep hill or 125 steps down to the beach and town, which website does not mention.
